Annual General Meeting

We will be open for nominations for committee members. If you wish to nominate for a position,  please send your nomination form to willsmerekitchengarden@gmail.com at  least 48 hours before the AGM. However, please note you may nominate  yourself or others at the AGM when the nominations are called. If there  is more than one person nominated for the position, each candidate will  be able to provide a 2 minute speech in support of their election. The  committee positions are President, Vice President, Secretary and  Treasurer and there are also positions for general committee members.  Only financial members can vote. 1 plot = 1 vote.
